Loading of excel based price lists

Main brand agencies usually provide their prices of vehicles and accessories in an excel table. DOASdms’s VSCP module is capable of preceding this, and also to show the changes in the earlier price lists. Rubindms’s associates can help to execute the necessary converts to excel format as well.

Handling of more sites

In case of bigger companies with more sites DOAS is capable of showing data of vehicles at a different plant. It also supports the handling over and reception among different sites. If the purchasing and handling of the data of a given car takes place at the central plant, realization can still be executed at a different plant.

Handling of credits and reimbursement

Credits and commission (sale, fleet credit, insurance, financial credit) as part of the profit of vehicle selling can be handled by DOAS  and recorded on the vehicle data sheet as required. Realization of financial completion can be recorded and checked on these sheets as well as refund and commission of a single vehicle or a certain period or sale.

Handling of discounts

DOAS is capable of handling fleet, manufacturers’ and dealers’ sale offers, as well as handling and recording home offers. Effect of the discount can be queried even before the actual realization of selling.

Integration of vehicle orders and manufacturing information

Vehicles can be ordered directly from the DOAS system if it is supported by the main brand representatives, and after manufacturing information (under production, left plant, etc.) has been shown on the vehicle data sheet.

Ordering of several vehicles

In case of ordering a larger fleet or the same version of a model ordering can be executed easily. vehicles can be gathered in so called vehicle groups, and handling takes place accordingly.

Making of an offer for stored vehicles or optional configuration

DOAS can create an offer for cars already ordered from the manufacturer or for stored vehicles. Furthermore, in case of an individual customer an offer can be created in a certain period for a particular configuration as well.

Realisation

In case of the acceptance of the offer all data is transferred to the vehicle realisation sheet, thus data needs not to be recorded again.

Handling of any type of financing (cash, credit, permanent rental)

DOAS can create a business record for any type of financing. Dues are automatically transferred from the customer’s charge account to the receiving financial institution’s account.

Handling of models (offer, contract, handling over-receiving record)

DOAS provides users with models to make sellers’ work easier for each contract-type documents. Models can be tailor made by any user companies.

Used vehicle compensation

If a used car is included in the transaction both the used and the new vehicle’s data can be recorded on the new and used vehicles data sheets respectively. A possible over valuation can be dealt with as well, i.e. the used car is sold for a higher price in order to sell the new vehicle.

Integrated work with the other modules

Accessory requirements ordered by the customer can be shown on the new vehicle data sheets in the DOAS-II system. These accessories are introduced to the worksheet as orders as well, so that they will be surely included by the handling over of the vehicle. From the data sheet the vehicle’s service worksheet and its data and status can be easily tracked down.

Easy perspicuity of the vehicle’s financial data

From the car’s data sheet all incoming and outgoing invoices, inner business record, and worksheet can be checked on the car’s data sheet.

DOAS operates a sophisticated profit analysis system, in which statements can be closed down following commission settlement.

Statements and queries

The vehicle module provides predefined finished statements that comply with all the requirements. In case of complicated requirements individual queries can be carried out as well and these can be saved for later use.
