Registry functions, document store

DOAS contains an inner registry module in order to keep a record of documents coming to and going from the company. This same module provides document store functions as well, here can be found among others ISO documents, contracts and scanned materials as well.  

Attachment of electronic documents

To the registered data any electronic file can be attached, similarly as in emails. Attached files can be attached to other data in the system as well, such as to worksheet (e.g.: photo of injured car), to car(financial contract), to used car ( photo).

Administration of attached files

Attached files are contained compressed at a locality defined by the root, thus these are saved by the experts
